Onboarding Specialist in the Education Staffing Sector In this role, I handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, with a focus on clear communication, credential tracking, and coordination between providers and school clients. I also support candidate screening and pre-interview outreach.

I worked closely with senior scientists and led a small team to ensure timely and strategic submissions.

This is the database I created for the Research Publications team at Tactical Data Group during my time there.

I created this tracker when I saw the need for a way to track the status of our research papers. It started as a personal tool to keep myself organized and gradually evolved into a shared system for the team.
As of this writing, Tactical Data Group continues to reference this on the company website (“Published Research” in the upper left menu) and has shared it with potential partners and clients.
